Calendar information

With your permission, Ultracal reads the calendars you select from iPhone Calendar. If you connect Google Calendar, the app signs in through Google's authorization page and requests read-only access to your calendar list and events. Ultracal also reads your Google account identifier and email to distinguish your connected accounts. It does not request your Google password, change your events, or send calendar content to an Ultracal server.

Calendar data and account metadata are processed on your iPhone. Selected-calendar settings and the limited data needed by widgets and wallpaper updates are saved in the app's shared storage. Google authorization tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain and used only to communicate with Google. Google processes sign-in and API requests under its own privacy policy.

Notes, tasks and wallpapers

Notes and tasks are stored locally in Ultracal's shared app storage. Voice capture uses Apple Dictation through an optional Shortcuts workflow; Ultracal receives the resulting text, not a recording. Apple's Siri and Dictation privacy rules apply to that service.

When you create a wallpaper, Ultracal renders the selected content into an image on your device. A wallpaper can expose that content to someone looking at your screen. You can hide event titles in supported layouts. If you save an image to Photos or Files, that copy remains there until you delete it and may sync or be backed up according to your Apple settings. An existing wallpaper does not change simply because you later disconnect a calendar.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple processes subscriptions and payment information. Ultracal uses StoreKit to verify your subscription entitlement; it does not receive your full payment-card details. Ultracal does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Diagnostic logs for troubleshooting stay on the device unless you choose to share them. Do not include private event content when contacting support.

Your choices and deletion

You can change your selected calendars, disconnect a Google account in Ultracal, or revoke Apple Calendar permission in iOS Settings. Disconnecting Google removes the locally stored credentials and attempts to revoke the authorization with Google. If the device is offline, you can also revoke access from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Delete notes and tasks in Ultracal. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to Apple's app-group, backup and Keychain behaviour. For complete removal, disconnect Google first, remove Ultracal widgets, delete its Shortcuts and personal automations, and remove any exported images from Photos or Files. Deleting Ultracal does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Ultracal has no independent web account or cloud database of your calendar. We do not sell your personal information or use Google user data to serve advertisements or train AI models. Ultracal's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website

ultracal.site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect this website, Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address and request details. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies to this site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing. If you email support, your email provider and our email provider handle that message; we use it to respond to your request.
